cause they think polar bears are adorable? Pluss think about it, Al Gore talks funny...he has like a lisp. And i heard about this one scientist who said it's not true, and he said that it's like the ice age and natural and stuff...and he drives a corvette...the democraps (hehe i made that myself) are trying to steal our freedoms to drive bigass trucks and leave the light on. Just like terrorists...what if old people fall in the dark? why don't they worry about real issues like my stock portfolio and 401K?

Funny, Bush has finally admitted that it is a problem. I guess when you find out about that, you will change your mind since you can't think for yourself and strictly follow the party line.

Yes the earth warms and cools, it has done so for billions of years. Nothing we do will have a MAJOR impact on that.


As for Gore and his 2500 scientists.....Thats a bunch of nonsense.


1.Those "2500 scientists" are not all scientists. Most on Gore's list are likeminded people who share the same "fearmongering"view.


2. The majority of those scientists sued to get their names removed because they were asked about different specific (related to their filds) topics. Thats what they wrote about...their specialties.


3. When the few actual scientists were interviewed, none of them agreed with what the other was writing about.(thats a fact that these Fearmongering Liberals leave out"......

Reply:I'm not ranting but, I do happen to believe in Global Warming. Personally, I don't care if you drive a big truck %26amp; leave all the lights on in your house, your paying for it, not me, thank goodness!
Reply:If it's "like the Ice Age" then we really must take some action to put it off or our time here as a species is nearly up. Furthermore, it's not like liberals really give a damn about the environment, it's simply that they care about the human race having a planet to live on in the future. Nobody really cares how much greenhouse gas spews out of motor vehicles, too bad for the environment, but when it puts future generations at risk, we cannot stand for it. You got a chance at life here on this planet, we might as well let our kids and theirs have it too. And if "one scientist" says it's not true, then I'm sure he knows more than the hundreds that say there is plenty of evidence (not faith) about the existence of global warming.

Reply:Global Warming is scientific fact. Conservatives used to deny it. Now they say that it's real but it's not caused by man, so they keep consuming and polluting like crazy. What are they going to tell their grandchildren when the coastal cities are under water and the Earth is barely habitable, 'sorry, I didn't know any better' ? Check out the evidence.

I love animals more then Ingrid Newkirk for that matter, I love rabbits, chickens, pigs and beef with cashews. If Global warming was not true WHY did they change it to Climate change ? NOW that is some PR . IF all your worried about is your 401k then ...well..I buy Halliburton stock myself.
Reply:Global Warming was Global Cooling 30 years ago. It just changes with whatever the current pattern is. And the polar bears are just fine, that was fabricated. Whales ARE decrasing in population up north, though, because it's too cold for their food source to thrive.
