I blacked out twice, was bleeding, heart rate went up, and I was dripping sweat, What happend?

This morning I woke up to me being 2 weeks early for my period. I am 24 and sexually active with my fiance. 2 Hours later I took a shower to get ready, was a hot shower then a cold shower. I started feeing dizzy so I sat down in the tub. Felt better so got out, then I felt dizzy again, sat down on the toilet. I was bleeding but not heavy. my heart rate increased, and I started to sweat heavily, I then blacked out. I woke back up and I started feeling tingly thru out my whole body along with getting hotter and more pain in my abdomen. I barely got dressed and finally got to the door to call my fiance. He had me lay down down but I needed to go to the bathroom again. I passed a bowel movement and sat there for about 35 minutes more until I calmed down, I thenlayed down and passed out again for about 2 hours. I would have gone to he emergency room but I am terrified and have researched, but cant really find anything specific to what happened...thankyou

It sounds like you had a vasovagal reaction. That means your heart rate started to drop due to the abdominal pain and you got very dizzy. When you got scared, your heart rate picked back up and you got sweaty. Your scared reaction may have also caused you to hyperventilate, which will make you feel tingly.

You can have a vasovagal reaction when you're going to have a large bowel movement, from the stimulation on the vasal nerve. It can cause you to get dizzy, your heart rate to drop, and you may get sweaty and nauseated. You may also have a tubal pregnancy or some other abdominal thing going on, which may need medical attention.

If you're bleeding heavily, or continue to feel bad, you should see a doctor. If you're feeling a lot better, just be sure to get yourself well hydrated. I've had that happen to me before, and it is SO scary. Try not to worry too much, though. It may be nothing and it may never happen again. Good luck!
Reply:could be anything from infection , to miscarriage, to hormones (excessive thyroid hormones..Grave's disease?)http://www.4woman.gov/faq/graves.htm

, blood pressure problem, heart problem, brain problem to addison's disease?http://www.addisons.org.uk/info/addisons... to ???

The ER's main goal is to get you stablized to get you out of there fast...not necessarily to do exhaustive tests...you need to go to your regular doctor, who can do blood work, etc....what needs to be done..and maybe a specialist if necessary...
Reply:You NEED to go to the emergency room. Have your boyfriend or a frind come with you for support, but go. Don't let fear stop you. What are you more afraid of the hospital or death? I not saying what you have is deadly, I don't know what you have and neither do you, that's the problem.
Reply:it could be something as easy as severe dehydration.
Reply:Sounds like internal bleeding, better get the doctors to have a look.
Reply:Well, you should definately go to the emergency room. I can't tell you what caused what happened to you, but the medical term for it is syncope, and we take it pretty seriously. There are many reasons for it, some benign, some requiring treatment, but passing out by itself can be dangerous at the wrong time (imagine if this had happened while you were driving). So although I can't give you a diagnosis over the internet, I can tell you that you should get medical help, hopefully it's nothing, but a workup is definately in order.
Reply:you probably had a miscarriage..go to the doctor...
