Reply:I presume she is already in the hospital recovering from the heart surgery and that is how they found out that she has internal bleeding? If not, she needs to go to ER right now, of course. It could be from something unrelated to the heart surgery, like an ulcer or it could be a side effect from certain medications like a blood thinner not being the proper dosage. I'm sure there are many other reasons, but those are the two that I know about. You need to stay calm and let the medical professionals do their job. Sometimes it takes time to do a proper diagnosis and then treat it.
