What type of root system the plant bleeding hearts have? Fibrous or taproot?

I'd say taproot. Grasses usually have fibrous roots, most other plants have taproot systems.

Bleeding hearts, genus Dicentra has taproots, bulblets, tubers, or rhizomes.
