Is there a disease that causes infected sinus, enlarged heart, bleeding kidneys and gland infection?

my son got sick last year, he had a gland removed by collar bone, they said it was benign. now his kidneys bleed, his left ventricle is enlarged, 3 out of 4 sinuses are infected including his sephnoid sinus, and 4 specialist cannot tell me whats wrong with him, can this be linked?

Obviously this is a complicated case if four specialists can't help him, but here are my ideas.

Bleeding kidneys? is probably a Urinary tract infection or kidney infection. along with chronic sinus infections and now and enlarged heart? sounds like a series of infections.

somebody weakened by a heart condition may lose his immune system or an infection of the heart( pericarditis, or endocarditis) might be possibilities.

Any specialist would have done blood work ups and determined what his immune response was doing, and might also know what kind of infections he had. likely treatments include antibiotics, but could include surgeries.
