Advocates of which perspective have little patience with so-called “bleeding heart” judges?

A. Rehabilitation

B. Justice

C. Crime control

D. Due process

Advocates of which perspective have little patience with so-called “bleeding heart” judges?
C. Crime control

A person with a bleeding heart is considered excessively sympathetic toward those who claim to be underprivileged or exploited. A judge may have compassion on someone if they are exploited or underprivileged totally diminishing the crime control model.

Therefore, I am inclined to say that the answer is C.
Reply:B or C......

People who have little use for convicts being set free for technicalities what Justice and Crime control.

But, probably C.... the point of putting these people away is all about crime control.
Reply:None of the above. Our prison's are full of nonviolent offenders who get no rehab. Big shots like Rush Limbaugh get no prison for offenses the little guy gets thrown in jail for years (that's not justice or due process)...

As a lawyer I haven't even met a bleeding heart judge. Most try to do the right thing...
