The fish looks fine its colors are bright and it swims with the other fish. It isn't showing any symptoms of being sick. What could it be?. I have added aquarium salt to try and see if it will help. the fish has bean like this for about a month but the its only now that the little sack things are getting bigger.

Reply:i had a goldfish i got from the fair when i was 10 about 3 months later it developed a white blister looking thing on its head it as time when by it got bigger and bigger. My fish lived for over 3 years.. but i thnk it was like cancer
